You're welcome to stay nearby during the session, but it's best if you're not in direct sight to avoid distractions. A quiet, separate space helps your child focus better. If you have any concerns, feel free to discuss them with me before the session.

If I'm unable to deliver a planned session, I'll make every effort to reschedule it. If we can't find a suitable time, the session will be credited to a future session. I'll notify you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.

After our initial discovery call, you'll need to book and pay for all your child's tutoring sessions in advance. This helps us secure your preferred time slots and ensures a smooth learning journey.

'Own Work’ is a small amount of homework set to reinforce session learnings. It helps your child progress more rapidly and is marked with feedback provided in the next session.

If your child is sick and you let me know at least 24 hours in advance, we can reschedule the session for another time that week or credit it to the next session. If you notify me with less than 24 hours' notice, refunds won't be available. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling.
