Can parents stay during the tutoring sessions?Parents are encouraged to stay nearby but not in direct eye sight to avoid distractions. The learning space needs to be quiet and away from others to ensure an effective learning environment.

What if the tutor is unable to deliver a planned session?If I am unable to deliver a session, I will make every effort to rearrange it. If we cannot find a suitable time, the session will be credited to a future session.

How do payments work?After the initial discovery call, parents/carers need to book and pay for all sessions in advance.

What is ‘Own Work’?'Own Work’ is a small amount of homework set to reinforce session learnings. It helps your child progress more rapidly and is marked with feedback provided in the next session.

What happens if my child is unable to attend a session due to sickness?If you provide 24-hour notice, we can rearrange the session for another time that week or credit it to the next session. If less than 24-hour notice is given, refunds will not be provided.
